If you see or experience something you are not satisfied, please let us know right away.  We are pretty good at solving the problem or explaining what is going on.  If you wait until the next day to tell us, not only we cannot recall what you mean but there is not much we can do.  As uncomfortable as it might be we'd rather hear from you when it happens.
We also appreciate when people tell us how much they enjoy our field.  Please don't hesitate to make any comments or suggestions.  Changes might not happen quickly but we strive to improve.
